Positives:
I chose Rave because they seemed like a company that would suit me, the convenience of Pact but less pushy with more of a local Roaster feel.
Another reason that swayed me was the 15% off starter offer and the fact that I was wanting to buy an Aeropress. The Aeropress kit was a good price already and came with coffee but I did have to top up my order to meet the minimum value for free delivery which would have been around the same price as the tote bag I topped it up with. I was happy with this and have enjoyed using the Aeropress.
Negatives:
The tote bag ended up going mouldy before I had a chance to use it (go figure). This has now been chucked as it was stained.
The points that can be obtained and built up from completing tasks like entering your birthday, or liking/following on social media are a bit flaky. I have received some of the points but I didn't receive the birthday or the social media ones.
An ok experience on the whole but with some tweaks it could be on a higher level.

Just polished off a bag of the Guatemalan natural, such a nice coffee, lovely even roast, super tasty nicest flat white of the year, will definitely buy again

I purchased the best selling bundle, it was delivered really quickly and I love that it was roasted fresh (there was a roast date on the bag!) Will be buying again

Had a slight issue with some of the coffee sent to me, this was handled by Gemma promptly and apologetically with a replacement order sent out immediately.
There is a reason why I won't buy coffee from anywhere else.

What a disappointment.
I ordered a range of coffee which included some de caf beans. When put in my coffee machine the grinder broke. Apparently the beans were not roasted.....Ok perhaps partly my fault but very little explanation on the website.
But really importantly these guys are simply not interested in customer service. I have emailed and called numerous times. I received one callback - which I coud not take, so was advised that they would call back. That was two weeks ago and despite several reminders Ive heard nothing. So I'm afraid I have to say avoid this company if you are expecting any form of customer service

I needed to find a new source for my Green coffee beans, which I roast at home, about 18 months ago.
All of the coffee we consume at home is roasted green beans and it’s really a little chore that I don’t mind doing about every 4 weeks.
I came across this company on line.
The website proposition looked good and the delivery arrangements, excellent.
The VERY GOOD NEWS is that everything about Rave is brilliant. The price, the quality, the ease of ordering and the free delivery of what can be a pretty heavy box (10 kgs). They are also friendly and enthusiastic. Initially, when I needed some guidance on bean selection and roasting times etc I exchanged quite a few emails with one of their top coffee people.
So you see, it’s quite a thing to stumble on such a brilliant resource. Try them!

Tried a few of their coffees, found one that we like, but the ordering system is very chaotic. You think the coffee will be delivered imminently, only for them to acknowledge your order ages later. On another occasion They allowed me to choose a date for delivery, but was told, on the date I chose, that the coffee would be delivered a week later. I contacted them a couple of times but they did not bother to reply

I am really pleased I found Rave Coffee! Their customer service is fantastic and just as importantly their coffee is delicious! So far I have tried 3 of their blends and honestly am struggling to choose which one I like best. If you love Coffee? Treat yourself to Rave Coffee.

I bought two coffee sets and had them gift wrapped and sent to friends in lockdown. They loved them and said they arrived beautifully presented.

Ordered both the signature blend and the Italian job beans. Excellent communication, super fast delivery of beans and both packs clearly have the roasted date on them, so I can be sure to use them at their best.
Great quality product and I would certainly recommend Rave, to any coffee lovers out there.
